  • Taken at your pet's eye level

  • Not a screenshot, as they are low quality and most likely become blurry

Try not to choose a photo from a long distance.

Be sure that the photo is sharp. We want to access all of your pets details.

Too dark

Please make sure the light is natural. Additionally, attempt to avoid direct sunlight as it may create harsh shadows.

Features are blocked

Be sure to pick a photo where all your pets features are visible and not being blocked
