Taken at your pet's eye level
Not a screenshot, as they are low quality and most likely become blurry
Too far away
Try not to choose a photo from a long distance.
Non-suitable Photos
Blurry
Be sure that the photo is sharp. We want to access all of your pets details.
Too dark
Please make sure the light is natural. Additionally, attempt to avoid direct sunlight as it may create harsh shadows.
Features are blocked
Be sure to pick a photo where all your pets features are visible and not being blocked
We work directly from he photo you send us so note that quality of work will reflect from the quality of the photo that has been submitted.
